Hello, and welcome to Puzzles for Progress!
Before I get into the puzzles, I should announce that Puzzles for Progress will be going on vacation during the month of August. The reason is a combination of three things: (1) I'm going on a literal actual vacation, and while I could schedule the puzzles in advance, (2) my puzzle backlog, which used to be a full month's worth, has now dwindled to nothing, and while I could quickly make a bunch of puzzles, (3) I've spent a lot of time working on the book, and they probably wouldn't be very good. So, vacation. PfP should be back in September!
(Also, speaking of the book, expect it to be available for preorder very soon. I'm excited!)
Anyway, the puzzles. Today, we've got Zigzag (better known as Two-Tone, though I totally redid the aesthetics), a Capsules (truly from the vault; I made this one before Puzzles for Progress began), and a King's Arrow Tour (fun fact: an earlier draft of this puzzle had a very core piece of logic relying on 3+4+5+6+7 equaling 35. I'm good at math).

Answer to last week's bonus puzzle
Both images can be notated Bb7! In the chess position, black has just moved their bishop to the square b7, which is written Bb7. Meanwhile, the chord is a B-flat seventh, which is also written Bb7. (Technically you can use a fancy flat symbol, like ♭, but who cares.)
(For the record, any chess move that's also a musical note will have to start Bb, since the bishop is the only piece whose symbol is from A to G, and since you need a b to take advantage of the flat notation. A few other moves/chords are possible, such as Bb6, but Bb7 is both a common chess move for black in many openings and a common, harmonious chord, so it's clearly the best one. This puzzle was inspired by a post on r/anarchychess, which I can no longer find.)
